- 演講簡介：
朴教授長期研究西亞與東亞的文化交流，先後出版專書Mapping the Chinese and Islamic Worlds: Cross-Cultural Exchange in Pre-Modern Asia （Cambridge University Press, 2012）、Soju: A Global History （Cambridge University Press, 2021）。本演講為蒙古時期歐亞交流的新近研究，以韓國的燒酒為題，從全球史的脈絡探討釀酒技術自阿拉伯世界傳入亞洲的過程。
